At Keks Essential, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our products.
1. Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, digital products, or personalized/customized items cannot be returned.
2. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
- To request an exchange, contact us at keksessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Please provide your order number and a photo of the defective/damaged item.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Keks Essential is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
