At Keks Essential, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our products.

1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, digital products, or personalized/customized items cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at keksessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Please provide your order number and a photo of the defective/damaged item.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Keks Essential is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
